I'm a runner who loves the Erg. I wish I could do more Erg races. I've done half a dozen events and the rowers have always been super welcoming.

I only post the rows that are "all out" efforts or unusual workouts. I don't log my daily rows.

I row with the damper on 4.5 (usually).
