I'm old, I'm grey (with thinning hair). I'm shrinking. I have a technically obese BMI, am opinionated &follow my own fitness ideas. I'm a pensioner with a clapped out body.
Since age 50 I've had the following injuries.
-10 broken ribs,detached sternum, broken jaw, collapsed lung, emergency Stent (main artery), broken arm (2 permanent screws), a major back operation and a broken ankle. I'm just an ugly duckling who transforms into a graceful swan when rowing. I row to live. Enjoy life.
Ps. It's not easy erging down under upside down at the bottom of the world at the edge of civilization.
