Transitioning to work at home has greatly increased access to my Concept2 rower and bike and I've started putting them to use to a much greater extent in 2021. It's been a lot of fun and I'm in the best shape I've been in for more than twenty years. Enjoy watching movies and listening to music while working out. Might be fun to get out on the water and see how the rowing translates to the outdoors.
