(est dist) 1st row after week break. Bow in mens 8 (plus Liz). 2 x 10 min, and 1 x 20 min pieces. Boat down to stbd almost whole time, very difficult to get a good clean catch. After practice, noticed new blister on left thumb (see photo taken 30Aug).
