(est dist) 5 in mens 8, 2 x 15min pieces (around SE side of Belle Isle and back). Almost the boat we'll race at Cuyahoga. Getting better catches, but still not pulling mainly w. right/outside arm. Pain in back of right knee noticeable while rowing, and very noticeable after practice
