Aiming for 1:59-ish splits, to match/beat previous on July 1. Went out strong, but couldn't maintain sub-2:00 past the first 4min. Lower HR than July 1, but that day HR monitor may have given bogus-high reading.
BUT .... perhaps July 1 was just a really good day for me physically and HR really DID get up into 170s?
