20min @ 24spm for "monthly erg" to Tanya. A little slower than on 20Sep, and way slower than Aug and July (sub-2:00 Pers Best). But a bit of a morale boost because I felt crappy about 8min in, felt like quitting (as I did 16Oct) but stuck it out and had a good final 4min split.
