Started 30min @ 21-22spm, gave up after 15min when I started to fade to slower than 2:10 pace. Reasons: legs tired from weights day prior plus fatigue day before that? Or Mental toughness lacking?
HR seemed erratic when taken "by hand" while recovering afterward: fast, slow, fast, slow all in 15sec.
