I use to be a lot of things but I was never a great Rower. I’m older now and slower than ever but still loving that amazing feeling you get when that timer runs down to zero and the pain is over !!! Until the next time :) Spent the past few months learning to Row properly with York Rowing Club and loving being on the water ! Let’s see if my numbers improve too eh 👍
