Firstly, thanks mum for the money, i've put some of it to good use and got the Concept2 Rower, miss you loads XOXO
Cant believe its only been 7 weeks :'(
So...
Messed up on initial settings ... its 2021 not 2020! lol.
I erased my previous gym sessions and my first couple of rows where the data was wrong. I only want my home row data on here plus it frees up time at the gym. Think its all set up ok now, firmware update, USB formatted, Garmin / Strava linked, am good to go! (soon as ive healed)
So, after watching some concept vids on YouTube i just wanted to do a 10 min row on level 1 to check out my arm and form/power.
For the first morning in a long time i thought my tennis/golfers elbow had healed and was just about to row when my bro needed my help to get his new ZZR1400 in his flat, lol, oh lad. Anyway pulled my arm again.
It all sucks, lol, but will get better.
I want my million meters! :)
2 days healing now till Monday, gym in the morning, row in the afternoons, sort my diet and BINGO, lol.
This will be the worst data I ever upload!
