I shouldn't of done that :) lol.
Injuries from gym stopped me training so thought i would do a steady row.
Struggled to find a pace i can maintain, too fast, too slow, no energy, recover, repeat.
Right hand blistered up, traps feel like they've been striped, pulling more with my right hand side? plus it is way too hot for me, room reading 22+
I did it though, kind of enjoyed the pain lol.
Away on Friday so will hit it on Thursday. Next week is just rowing, no gym :)
