ok overall. quick first quarter. ok at third just under 18. 20:46 at 5k. 7265 at 30 minutes. 41:38 at 10k. slow after 30 minutes mark. really strong piece from 5450 to 7250. nothing left at end. did run 5 miles at 8:14 yesterday. about 8:17 day before. watch a little better today.
