feeling extra meters from yesterday. first third decent just a bit over 18. 5k good at 20:53. 7150 or so at 30 minutes. slow from there. 42:08 at 10k. not much left in tank for last 4500 or so. did have decent stretch from 5500 to 7200. watch gave me zero credit again.
