good pace, steady through two fifths. 17:55 ish at one third, 20:43 ish at 5k. 7235 at thirty minutes. 41:45 is at 10k. didn't have long solid run in middle. had several shorter decent runs. but second half slow. not much left for finish. watch gave me a little bit of credit - 12 minutes.
