super fast first 2k 8:10. 17:50 at one third. 20:46 at 5k. 7290 at 30 minutes. 41:38 ish at 10k. really strong stretch from about 5400 to 7300. fourth fifth kind of slow. last fifth decent. was fading pretty.bad during last 1000. watch gave me nothing.
