overall decent time. first 2k pretty good 8:14 ish. 18:08 at one third. 20:48 at 5k. good stretch from 5500 to 7225. 7225 at 30 minutes. 41:50 at 10k. last two fifths slow. some decent sections towards end but nothing sustained. dying in last 1k. watch gave me 54 today. go figure.
