overall ok time. first 2k ok, consistent. 18:09 at one third. 20:59 at 5k. 7170 at 30 minutes. good stretch from 5500 to 7800. 21:56 at 10 k. other than couple of long stretches felt really up and down and slow. time better than I thought while I. the middle of it. just wasn't feeling it today. watch gave me zero again.
