pretty good overall time. felt up and down. strong first 2k - 8:16. 17;58 at one third. 20:44 at 5k. 7235 at 30 minutes. had an ok stretch from 5700 to 6800. 41:40 ish at 10k fourth fifth was not bad for that section. all splits under 11. pretty tired for last fifth. watch gave me 0.
