gotta love sub 54 even if just by a couple hundredths. pretty quick at start 8:15 for 2k. 20:43 at 5k. 7290 at 30 minutes. 41:28 at 10k. really good stretch from 5450 to 7290. 4th split a little slow but not bad coming off really strong 3rd. finish felt rough but was decent time. watch gave 25
