woohoo. another pb. felt good most of the way. fourth fifth a tad slow. fifth was good time but painful. 4:03 at 1k. 8:10 at 2k. 17:45 at one third. 20:40 ish at 5k. 7340 at thirty minutes. good stretch from 5400 to 7340 a little bobble at about 7250 but just a few strokes. 41:20 at 10k. watch gave 35.
