half marathon to mark third anniversary of surgery. first two thirds pretty consistent and solid time. a little slower last two thirds but still good time overall. 20:50 or so at 5k. 41:30 ish at 10 k. 7235 at 30 minutes. 14300ish at one hour. think I am.about 2 minutes under previous best. watch gave 45 minutes.
