really slow. got some sinus thing starting. ran five miles in 39 minutes yesterday - first time in ten days so legs feeling it. was relatively consistent. had huge calf cramps right as crossed 11k. was able to work it out and finish. right at 43 for 10 k. 7025 at 30 minutes. 21:20 ish at ,5k. watch gave 52.
