a little tired today. didn't sleep great. 5mile 39.minute run last night took it out of me too. 8:18 at 2k. 21:10 at 5k. 7090 at thirty minutes. 42:40 at 10 k. last half particularly slow. last 500 not too bad. watch gave 0. think I need to tighten band a notch. felt too tight yesterday so loosened it. only way can explain difference.
