I have worsening symptoms today. with stress, tremoring, muscle spasms and fatigue. today's goal: light and easy. toward the end, I had a dilemma. I didn't want to stop moving because I could feel myself tremoring while rowing. which means my symptoms will increase when I stop. fnd is a catch 22. light exercising will improve the vagus response overtime while in the meantime... good luck figuring your threshold. I don't known if this linked to Saturdays row or not. the last few days have not been the best physically and mentally. I'm moving and doing what I can. and it's okay.
