rowing with my emotions. after finally sleeping a full night I get up to having a meltdown with my oldest for alman hour. what went from a meditation row to get the stress out row!!! very well knowing that tactic doesn't work. undoing 30+ years of unhealthy coping mechanisms is tough. I couldn't find my rhythm. my goal. my breath. Going for time. then distance. then feel. just all over the place. good thing its passive yoga therapy in a bit.
