Just got into erging during the past year of the pandemic. Big brother stroke of Fordham U crew 1968-1972 and urged me to take it up
He ergs in Florida and we took up rowing together on line to push each other to work out harder.
Am looking to get out on the water and learn to row a scull, love to row in a eight. I think the closest place is the Quinsigamond Rowing Club. Have inquired about being in one of their learn to row programs
Will be 70 in seven months. My best 2000m is a 7:46. My best 500m was actually a couple of days ago at 1:41.6. Current goal is to get that 500m time under 1:40 and get my 2000m under 7:30.
