Coming back to the rower after a long layoff. Played Badminton, squash, golf and a little running. Nothing for 7 or 8 years realy, after giving up squash, after a couple of injuries, and for the sake of my knees. Now have a rower and bike at home, so aiming to get back to my 2000m in 8 minutes, may take a while, 60 looming so I'd like to preserve my body health before it's to late.
Just got online recently, great incentive to climb that ladder, I'm watching my heart rate, try to stay below 150.
