Bought my first Concept 2 rower back in 2005 and used it as a return to some sort of fitness after a 16 year hiatus, losing 5 stone. It was a catalyst for a return to my beloved running and developed into a passion for running in the hills and mountains around our home in Snowdonia. Sadly, injury prevents regular running but when I can’t run I am using the RowErg, which helps to maintain fitness levels and challenges my resolve.
