Not a competive rower. I have been working out the last 3 years to lose weight. I have dropped over 50 lbs in that time. Not trying to lose quickly, but slowly by changing my diet along with working out. I lift weights and use my Concept2 rower as a part of my cardio. My hope is that joining this will take my fitness up a notch.
