Notes for next time:
- Low water weight on waking up; needed more salt day before?
- 193.5 lbs before, 182.5 lbs after, 6 lbs fluid during
- Workout shake: (3kg, 2250 cals, 478g carbs, 37g prot., 21g fat) 750g alm milk, 80g oatmeal (not needed), 1g salt, 400mg magnesium, 5g instant cofee, 50g Pb2, 500g honey, rest was water
- Drink was way too salty, only drank 2/3, forget the electrolytes next time
- Music and podcasts worked best, movie just made it painful
no muscle pain, just general exhaustion
