2000m session: 3550 session - Decided to occasionally add a 2000m session following my usual 5000m session Targeted sub-9:30 mins. But felt good so pushed to do sub 9:20 mins. Hit it! Focused session by pressing for sub 2:23 mins per 500k, and drive length =/> 1.15 m/stroke. Felt great.
