2000m session: 3550 session - Decided to occasionally add a 2000m session following my usual 5000m session Targeted sub-9:20 mins. Felt good so pushed to do sub 9:10 mins. Hit it! Focused session by pressing for sub 2:20 mins per 500k, and drive length =/> 1.15 m/stroke.
