2000m session: Back in Sonoma - Decided to continue with a 2000m session following my usual 5000m session. Targeted sub-9:07 mins. that was my PR yesterday. Felt good at 1k so pushed to see how close I could get to sub 9:00 mins. Hit it for new 2k PR! Focused session by pressing for sub 2:16 mins per 500k, and drive length =/> 1.15 m/stroke.
