10000m session: Tool a day off yesterday after our big 10th place finish in the C2 Jan virtual 2-5 team member challenge. Our team rowed 1,000,000 meters for the January challenge. I liked rowing 10ks at a slower pace than my previous 5k+2k sessions where I targeted sub-24 mins for 5k and sub-9:10 for 2k. I’ll continue those 5k and 2k sessions, but I’ll also mix in the 10ks.
