10000m session: With 2k remaining, I saw that if I keep up a sub-2:22 min 500m pace I could go sub-50:00 min for the session so keep up that mace for the last 2k!! pace of 2:20/500m looked like an achievable sub-48:00 10k. So targeted 2:22 pace and hit 49:45.5!! Totally gassed at the end but felt good.
