10,000 session: At David and Joy’s Cape Cod place for the week and working out on their Erg. Session interrupted for about two minutes while I adjusted the damper setting. Drag factor 137 even though damper set at usual 5. Might be a difference in rowing machine as Dave’s is brand new, March 5,2026.
Lighter pace. Felt good.
