Fast forward 40 years , pickup an erg Nov 21 and love it . Squeezed in 225K in 2022 till season change in May . My Goal is 1M meter / next season and move under 2min /500 on longer distances from 2:15 sustainable .
No weight to loose just love the feeling of pushing my limits a bit and can watch H/ rate to monitor is comforting at 66 lol
