I've been a very active person and athlete my entire life, but have noticed a heavy decline in my aerobic activity over the last few years. I have used concept 2 rowers as training aides in the past and always thought they were a great low impact aerobic activity. My goal is to use the rowing erg to restart my motor and get the blood pumping once again.
