Always tough to row after a squat day in the morning. Thank goodness I'm fairly hard-headed. Really wanted to just call it a day after 5k today. From 3-6k it seems like all I thought about were reasons to stop. That shows in my positive splits. There's always tomorrow to fight off the quitter demons again. When I'm done I do enjoy knowing that I finished.
