Cee only uses the rower for alternative Cardio Interval training when in comp prep mode, Cee also supported supporting her students at the Inner City School indoor rowing event. Cee's school become x 10 Indoor Rowing Champions. (Nottingham City Schools).

Cee is also 3x British Fitness & Figure Champion with 11 Regional Titles across Fitness, Figure & Physique, and Top 3–5 finishes on the World stage. She is the UFE European Figure & Physique Champion and earned UFE Pro status in 2015.

With 29 years in the fitness industry and 26 years teaching Physical Education, Cee brings both experience and passion to her coaching. She holds an MA in Education, a BSc in Exercise Science, QTS in Physical Education, as well as a range of fitness and nutrition qualifications. Cee is a CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Trainer.
