Workout #2 from the Erg Book was a 6K test. Since this was the first time doing this, I didn't really know what pace to start out with. Kept it moderate for the first few kms and then increased the effort towards the end. Overall pace was pretty but I expect will improve with practice. (Note that I preceded this with a 10 min easy effort warm up.)
