Decided to try to improve on my PB for this 30 min piece. Set the pace bug to my previous PB pace of 2:12.4 /500m and then generally stayed around a 2:09 /500m pace. Beat my previous PB by a couple of seconds/500m. Currently sitting 107th out of 196 for my age/gender or 3rd out of 8 in Canada for this workout.
