Decided to try and beat my previous PB for the 10,000m given I have been working on improving my performance over the last few months. Pushed with moderate effort during the first half and then increased to threshold and maximum effort towards the end. Managed to shave almost 2 min off my previous time! Currently ranked 4 out of 8 for this distance for my age group in Canada.
