6000m was the last of the shorter ranked distances that I hadn't time trialed since the new season started. My previous PB pace was 2:07.7 /500m. Beat that by a fairly significant margin with 2:05.2 /500m and ranked 3rd out of 6 for my age group in Canada. In fact, my 6000m PB pace is a little better than what I set for 5000m a couple of months ago.
