I have had 5 hip operations over the past 7 years and 3 hip replacements. I walk with crutches and i can not walk very far. I have been rowing on and off for about 18 years but with 7 year break due to hip problems, this is the first time I have owned a concept 2. I hope to strengthen my hip and legs and get stronger to help with my walking.
