I have used the concept 2 rowing machine for the past few years as a warm up to my weights sessions however, I have now decided to go for it with Dark Horse Rowing and so joined this group and got a log in.

I get my younger girls most weekends so weight train Mon to Friday evenings. Just started training with Dark Horse rowing but have been training regularly for 3 years after last divorce
