I had a little lower back pain right above my posterior superior iliac spine (PSIS). This tweak occurred on 9/7/2022 from performing a Romanian deadlift when I should have taken a rest day from soreness.
I ended up having to stop this workout after 17:07.7 and I finished out with a 15-minute bike erg cycle.
