Chose to go with a slightly higher intensity row based on feeling of exertion. Still around maximum aerobic training heart rate, even though app calls it zone 4.

Back started to feel pulled about halfway through row. Had to keep strong in form to protect back, wasn’t painful and was easily able to finish row. But possibly too soon after last night’s session.

Did some spine twists at home after.
