Forty minutes flew by. Nice chill tunes helped, also, near constant attention to form.
Had some technique breakthroughs after watching some helpful coaching videos online.
- lowered foot stretch by one notch; felt way less crowded by my knees
- intentionally avoiding t-Rex 🦖 arms at the end of the drive phase, elbows wider so wrists stay flat. Will need to practice this!
- keeping core engaged at end of drive so I don’t swing open past 11 o’clock. This will be great for my back too!
- noticed I have been drawing handle too high on my chest. Today I practiced keeping it at/just below rib cage
- lowing handle on the recovery, feeling smooth and cyclical 🥰
