Really felt like I was hitting an optimal level of exertion. Somehow I imagined I’d be averaging slower than 2:10/500m.
Would love to do lactate testing to get an accurate measurement of my zones. A bit confused by the zones set by Erg Data, as they don’t seem to line up exactly with my MAF. π€
